This part time position will be reporting to the Staff Human Resources Manager in a fast pace and professional atmosphere of growth and change. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times and the highest customer service goals. Assisting with a variety of HR work and comfortable with changing assignments based on need of the department. Submits and reviews job postings for career and temporary staff positions.
Creating online and paper files for job postings, resumes, and interview questions. Creating org charts. Updating job descriptions as needed. Makes entries into spreadsheets related to job openings, job descriptions, etc. Conducts research on HR related topics and creates summary reports. May assist with onboarding activities such as screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews and participating in interviews, creates drafts of interview questions.
Previous experience working in a human resources department.
Demonstrated MS Excel experience.
Previous experience with job ads, job descriptions, and orientations.
Strong communication skills and excellent grammar.
Proven experience using email for business communications.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to interact collegially with a wide range of personalities and diverse backgrounds.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or certification in Human Resources
