Reporting to IT Service’s PPMO Director, the Project Coordinator will support the execution and delivery of multiple projects across the project portfolio.
Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and actively manages / monitors project tasks per ITS PMO standards.
Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are executed appropriately.
2-4 years of related experience.
General knowledge of IT Project Management.
Experience with some IT Project Management tools.
Excellent communication skills and has a desire to keep everyone on the same page.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with advanced Excel skills, including ability to perform various functions such as V-Lookup, pivot tables and formulas.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, thorough, self-motivated, and proactive.
Willing to support and drive accountability-based culture.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
