Incumbent serves as Customer Operations and Marketing Analyst within Student Financial Solutions (SFS) ---a multi-divisional unit of Business and Financial Services (BFS). SFS serves as the central point of contact for student inquiries related to billing, payments, refunds, scholarships, campus ID card, loans, student accounts, and general information related to division process partners such as Financial Aid, Housing, and Registrar. This position is responsible for 1) supporting the customer service center; 2) overseeing campus card operations; and 3) developing strategies to increase student engagement and awareness.
Incumbent resolves complex customer inquiries related to student billing policies and procedures while ensuring a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. This position contributes ideas in developing customer service standards, service delivery strategies, and technology in order to create a positive student experience. Incumbent manages the campus card operations which includes facilitation of mass ID card distribution for campus and health system, training student employees, and analyzing recharge/revenue generated from campus card. Incumbent designs and implements promotional/marketing strategies geared towards enhancing student and staff awareness of divisional services. This encompasses but not limited to in person presentations, brochures, flyers, webinars, videos, social media and training programs. Incumbent is also responsible maintaining and updating content on SFS websites and TritonLink portal.

Demonstrated working knowledge of financial processes, policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of financial data management and reporting systems. Ability to use varied computer interface systems and software programs; comprehensive knowledge of sophisticated billing system.
Excellent strong customer-service experience. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with content management systems and knowledge of website usability concepts.
Experience working in graphic design applications and software such as Adobe Photoshop, MS Publisher, Piktochart, Powtoons, Prezi, or other related applications.
Superior proofreading, editing, content style, flow and tone of informational materials to ensure accurate grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and syntax within documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint).
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in business administration, accounting or a similar field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
