Responsible for occupational therapy patient service delivery, including evaluation and treatment of routine and complex patients, complete required documentation and communicates patient information across the continuum of care. Come work in our state of the art clinic at the Koman Family Outpatient Pavilion, providing outpatient lymphedema therapy services to patients with head and neck lymphedema, upper extremity lymphedema, lower extremity lymphedema, as well as breast cancer rehabilitation. Participate in training and program development and represent the department to the medical and general community. This position will also provide occasional coverage for Hand Therapy.
Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association, eligibility for registration by the National Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Occupational Therapist (OT) license issued by the state of California.
BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date.
Two (2) years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Three (3) years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Advanced Practice in Hand Therapy.
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
- Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
- May flex and float between sites as needed.
- Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.
