DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, identifies and implements nursing interventinos and evaluated results for a wide variety of patient populations. Directs and acts as resource to other members of the nursing team as assigned. Promotes compliance and support of policies. Achieves trust in professional collegial relationships. Will float between inpatient untis from Med/Surg to Telemetry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in both general Med/Surg floors and Telemetry. You will be floating between the med/surg units and Tele.
- Must be able to float between 3 seperate sites.
- Must be able to give at least 4 shifts per month.
- Must have a California RN license.
- Must have BCLS (BART) and ACLS (ART) Certification.
- Must be a team player and have good communication skills.
PREFERENCES
- Prefer candidates with BMT, Chemo, med/surg and Tele experience.
- Looking for long term, be able to commit to at least a year on per diem.
