UCSD Medical Group is seeking a Director of Revenue and Operations Management to lead our team. Our objective is to ensure all services are provided in a timely, accurate, effective, and cost-efficient manner in compliance with established policies, procedures and practices. The director will be a key liaison between Medical Group business operations and clinical departmental stakeholders. The director will also provide daily operational leadership for all revenue management functions within the Medical Group including billing, collections, and accounts receivable management; develop processes and systems emphasizing innovation and automation across the revenue cycle including accounts receivable management, claim production and submission, payment applications, and data management.
