Duties and Responsibilities:
Screens functions and establishes treatment for a variety of diagnoses in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist.
Provides occupational therapy treatments following therapy procedures, protocols and programs.
Completes required documentation and communicates patient information across the continuum of care and assists with inventory control, clinic maintenance and organization.
Qualifications:
Current COTA and CPR/BLS certifications.
Demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform all the various modalities in occupational therapy.
Knowledge in monitory inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining a safe and organized work place.
Must be able to determine expected outcomes and to develop and prioritize appropriate therapy intervention.
Must be willing to embrace and exhibit the organizations Core Values of Caring, Creativity, Quality, Integrity, and Team Work.
